Elemental Bulbs and FX

I wanted the Elemental Bulbs to let the player know which element is currently selected. I originally intended for the words to glow lightly with their respective colors in the game UI too. I didn't want to exclude color blind players so I included the font of each element in their filament. Digital 2D and 3D art
